Mats Moberg

  • Weight loss: 27 kg

I’m now living up to my target image!

Mats has lost over 25 kilos, and his wife thinks she’s got a new husband. Just in time for Midsummer he reached his ideal weight and, with that, his target image – standing slimly at the bow of his boat as it glides into Kärringö’s harbour.

Inspired colleagues
Mats is head of development as Volvo and has now inspired five of his male colleagues to lose weight. He had already been training at the gym for two years when he caught sight of their weight loss concept. He took the chance and joined Xtravaganza’s 26-week programme, his goal being to lose 27 kilos. I think I’ve made extremely fast progress, and I’m glad that I’ve even got colleagues and acquaintances to start here. “It’s been simple” Mats had previously tried other methods, but nothing that suited him. This programme on the other hand is perfect for me and I’m only one kilo away from my target weight. I will then have lost 27 kilos in less than five months! And it’s been simple, I’ve been extremely focused. Mental training – a tool against craving The worst thing was the fear of putting on weight after the first intensive part of the programme. Would I start craving food? But it went well, I didn’t allow it to get the upper hand, and I thank the mental training part for that. - It has been an important and effective tool that I have used which has helped me to prevent the craving from taking over.

Anna

"A happy single mum who’s found balance in her life!"

Anna has been a nurse in the municipality of Örebro for a few years. Almost two years ago Anna brought home her little girl My from China. It has been a hectic time and Anna has been resolute in her commitment both to Xtravaganza and herself.

Bo

"The greatest gain is that I’ll live longer"

Bo didn’t spend a lot of time thinking about being overweight, but his fiancée Maria was worried about his heart. She was the one who saw the advert where Xtravaganza was looking for people to volunteer for its test group and she enrolled Bo as she wanted to have a long life with him.
