This is how the programmes work


When you come to an Xtravaganza facility, you start your relationship with an Xtravaganza weight loss programme with aninformation meeting. he health consultant informs you about our different programmes: 26 weeks, Intensive and Lifetime. You choose the programme which best suits you.

When you have selected the programme that you would like to attend, you and the health consultant book an individual start up of the programme. At the start up meeting the health consultant goes through all of ourguiding stars - Mind Training, Mental Nourishment, Good Energy and Joy of movement.

Based on these guiding stars, our health consultant provides you a personal plan on how to use these guiding stars based on the programme you have selected and how you wish to lose weight. Xtravaganza talks about three weight loss phases: Full speed, Half speed and Level weight.

This is how the weight loss journey could look like:


You will have a fast start to your weight loss programme by replacing all your meals withxtraVLCD , getting started with exercise & simpler training and taking in all the elements of mental training. This phase is Full speed. The result: Alert and strong whilst losing 2 - 4 kg per week, mainly in the form of fat!

You will gradually start eating food. You will lean to eat in accordance with the xtravaganza food circle. Now you have got started with training both in the form of strength and fitness, but above all you will have started to find pleasure of movement. This phase focuses greatly on diet, as well as motivation, self-images and target images. This phase is called Half speed . The result: you start to be in charge of your own life, continue to be strong & enjoy food and start to have a healthy relationship with it, and you have found other pleasures in life. You are now losing ½ - 2 kg per week.

You are now eating food, and eating it in moderation. You're enjoying the new you and testing new challenges that your slimmer life is starting to offer you. You are now working on the long-term change in your behaviour that will help you maintain your weight loss.This phase is called Level weight . The result: You maintain a level weight whilst feeling stronger, your body and your self-image start to stabilise and you start to feel secure in your new lifestyle. You are now in charge of your life
