Our weight loss programmes


Everyone is different, even those participating in our programmes. Some want to lose many kilos, and others less; some are in a hurt whilst others have health problems. What's most important is that everyone finds his/her own level, motivation and the food & exercise that suit him/her. That's why xtravaganza has three different programmes to choose between:

  • 26 weeks is the basic programme that suits everyone wanting to lose weight. It is the best programme for those of you wishing to lose 20 kgs or more, or for those wishing to lose weight more slowly.

  • intensive is a 15-week programme that has mainly been developed for those wishing to lose 10 - 20 kgs and see quick results.

  • lifetime is for those of you wishing to lose up to 10 kgs or for those who have lost weight and wish to ensure that they retain that weight loss.


What the three programmes have in common is that we work with groups of 8-15 people who meet from once a week to once a month. On each occasion a lecture is given, there is time for questions and exchange of experience as well as mental training.

You will learn to use mental training as a tool to help you work with clear target images. In this way you receive help to change your habits and get started with regular exercise and a lasting diet - quite simply creating new routines for a new lighter life! Knowledge to carry out a change in behaviour that will last a lifetime.
